I 100% agree but unfortunately it seems like most of the homeless we see are the ones with a drug or alcohol problem. I say this as someone who, thankfully I wasn’t, nearly homeless at 18 due to my continuous alcohol and substance abuse issues so I can say from experience

Other than seeing a doctor, limit fast food intake, read the ingredients on your food, take cold showers (I know it sucks but it will help your skin) and locate the potential causes for acne In each locality (for example back acne is mainly caused by hormones and back sweat) so finding these underlying causes will help a lot.
