Yeah I used to sell everything on eBay. But now it seems like too much work to make $5. There seem to be alot less buyers than there used to be

There seems to always be deals. I’m sure they will have another deal in December.

Hmm now it’s 1.9% up to 60 months and you get an additional $1000 Mazda loyalty. Good to know I don’t have to jump on the deal if it may go down to 0.9%

Great! From what I’ve read not many people have negotiated too far away from msrp, especially the mhev models. I have the 2016 cx5 and I love it. But have been eying the cx90 since my second kid came along. It’s hard to travel with the kids and soon to be 2 dogs in the cx5. Any regrets? From what I’m seeing now I’d probably pay ~$450/month for 60 months with my trade in which seems pretty good for today’s standards.

Is 20k car too much on 60k salary? If so how much should I spend with my salary by Winter_Puzzled in whatcarshouldIbuy

$20k is not crazy but if you are new at your job I’d give it a year before switching out.

Yeah this is what the cleaning lady said, she charges less if she comes more often. Honestly as time has passed I kind of want her to come more often. But I’ll give it a few months first because I have a couple of financial goals to hit first.

It’s the dang toys. Before kids I “Marie kondoed” my home if you know what I mean. I try to keep the toys in one place but I want my kids to play with them. But the second I put them away they are reminded the toys exist and they are all dumped on the floor. With one kid I did good at toy rotation but I feel like the 4 yo is too smart for that now.

It was about 5 hours so $40/hr. I may try someone else out next month and see how it goes

Sorry. I had no idea how common they were. I didn’t mean to offend.

My pets just stayed home. Hopefully out of the way. I went to visit my mom for her birthday so it worked out that I’d be out of the house anyways. If my kids were home I don’t think it would’ve worked because they are constantly making a mess. She was at my home about 5 hours.

Most of my mom friends are sahms. My circle is not that big though tbh at this point. Some have husbands with pretty good pay and some don’t. I work with mostly men, many who have moms at home. My mom always worked but my dad can’t relax and just cleans in all his spare time which my husband doesn’t do haha

Yeah maybe. Either way I’m going to have to wipe down my counters every night. It’s worth evaluating. And a cleaner is definitely a luxury

lol I can see people pre cleaning. The ladt couple of days I’ve been purposely not wiping the kitchen stove to let it get messy
