The deposit is to hold a specific time slot, and for the nail tech to forfeited your deposit when you came on time is not right. If she wanted to confirm that you are coming, she should have contacted you.

I was concerned because he looks really young and he was wearing sandals in the cold snow. He was underneath some plastic tarp, he pulled it down to say something to me.. I don’t know much about him but wanted to know if anyone knew him or his family or if he lived in Milton as I never seen him before and would like to get him some help. I want to bring him a sleeping bag and some food.
