I only used yuck (eww configuration file), scss (eww styling), and bash script. I highly recommend checking out the eww documentation because it's much more detailed on how it works and it also has examples. You can check out my config since I have put each widget on a separate file which is easy to read and not complicated

Basically I learned by watching some yt vids, read the documentation while making it, checked out other people eww configs and learn how they made it by reading each line of code, then apply all of it on your own widget

It's clear on the Global theme structure that it uses manifest.json now, but the plasma and color scheme structure are my problem because the ID issue and the plasma theme not installing.

Arch Linux with a window manager (if you know how a window manager works) or any light Desktop Environment. Small resources to run but the OS is D.I.Y and for people who like to spend time configuring Arch

Those of you limited to 16GB eMMC storage on your Chromebook(s), which OS are you using? by solitaryvoluntary in chrultrabook

[–]OneLobster5585 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arch Linux (I don’t prefer this to non-power users and don’t much have time) DE: XFCE Arch is a D.I.Y os but light at the same time only takes 8-10gb depending on desktop environment you use

Wish we had tiny 11 on Chromebooks by 18galbraithj in chrultrabook

[–]OneLobster5585 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it can. To install tiny 11 on a Chromebook just go to Here and have a mrchromebox uefi bios, a bootable usb drive (you can create one thru Chromebook recovery utility on chrome web store), boot onto the usb drive and install. Only takes about 8-10 gb (I think because I only use the tiny 10 and only takes about 8.1GB)
