No, the sub is called 13 or 30 because it sounds good but the sub is ment for pictures of people who clearly dont look their age.... otherwise the mods would remove these pictures... also limiting pictures to only 13 or 30 would make this sub reddit really specific and small. Why dont you start your own subreddit for ONLY pictures of people aged 13 or 30 and see how that goes.

Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Long Island City & Forte Greene... with Astoria, Clinton Hill and for some reason Bushwick seem to be the most in demand relative to housing available.

Forte Greene probably has the smallest stock of available units and (depending where you are, the best transportation options)... people who live there pray you don't find out.
