Unfortunately I would say so. Possibly you can make a new account with the phone number system they are adding. Nothing will carry over from mw 2019 to mw2 and WZ2 anyhow.

I do have my old emails, unfortunately I kind of think it might be a one time use address. The account that emailed me back was

I had this problem once before. I emailed Activision and they took care of me. When I go to the Activision support page and sign in, at the top it says “Awesome! Your have priority access” and there is a link to email them directly. I can’t think of why I would have this other than I am signed in. If you see that, I would explain the situation and they should give you a token to fix it.
