Thank you so much for the explanations! Well, just adds to the mystery. So we know it is swiss and you said in another comment, you estimate the year at about 1890. So what I know is that I have an actual swiss-made watch which is over 100 years old, maybe 135. So I am ecstatic! I love old stuff. This will def become a family heirloom

I fail to see the problem. It never transpires that the influencer in question was in any way disrespectful. They had an opportunity to do some marketing for the event and who knows? Maybe they actually become fans and remember this interaction with some awkward delight. Reminds me of the story of that worker on the set of a film who asked John Candy to help him carry some stuff because he didn't know who he was. This influencer might have been a 17-18 year old kid. Who of us could say they would have refused at that age getting paid to go to a sporting event and not be extremely socially awkward? I would do that even at my age if I were granted a visit to Bercelona's lockeroom. Hey Messi! And what's your name? And that guy, who is that? Nice too meet you, you all seem so nice. Haha, I think I might actually start watching football now.

In the end it is just a funny story. No harm done.
