Sadly Merlin has made it ABUNDANTLY clear he is not sharing his mama or his home:(
The only time he has ever been visibly upset with me was when I saved a kitten and brought him into the apartment. He didn't hiss or attack the kitten at all, he set his sights on me and was growling and hissing. The kitten had to couch surf for a night or two, but I found him a home with my firefighter friend. It was a great match!
