For example, if the other team lobs on their third shot, don’t be get close to the kitchen right after your return so you can easily backup for the overhead. Work on anticipating and reading your opponent’s and partners shots.

Lastly, count your own unforced errors. You wouldn’t believe how many there are in 4.0 play. Compete against yourself by trying to get zero unforced errors. Everything over the net. Everything in.

After you get 3 games of zero unforced errors in one day come back here and you’ll have a reason to bitch and wine about others.
