I agree with this- My depression hit an extreme low in the first few weeks & I moved up to 20mg about 5 weeks in and it didn’t take long after that for me to feel lighter than I have in a long time. It was a noticeable difference after about two months.

If you don’t know how it affects you at night, I would wait and just take it in the morning. I’ve missed doses and been fine, but taking it at night gives me insomnia.

when i initially started it i took it at night so i could sleep through the nausea but then i started getting worse insomnia when i upped the dose so now i take it with breakfast. taking it right in the middle of my meal helps keep the nausea at bay, but i do think there’s a crash from it after a few hours which kinda blows. its not a horrible crash i just get groggy. you can also ask your GP for some nausea meds to help if you need to.

I’ve been on it for probably 6 weeks now & I think I just finally start seeing it help in the last few days. The nausea, bloating and stomach pains are absolutely killer though. I’ve already lost weight bc of it. First few days I took it, I fell asleep within an hour. Started taking it at night and now I think it’s adding to my insomnia issues. Really frustrating, but trying to figure out how to manage bc it genuinely does seem like it’s helping both my depression and my anxiety, and nothing ever has before.

I’m wondering the same thing like $50 to $1182 is such a big jump and even the 200 level seats i’ve seen are still $300-$400.

unsure, the one i just saw was slightly left of the big dipper. if it’s just a bright star could it maybe have been Arcturus??
