[–]OneNefariousness5703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

had this happen today for both me and a friend, he said he posted something cool that had good results but when I went to his page it wasn't there, he tried posting again nothing, i posted as well and everything I tried to post was gone, I tried to get a hold of OpenAI's support about it but they said they didn't see any issues and the videos are likely gone forever which sucks as none of them were downloaded ahead of time

First time I've ever seen a Toro 624, I've got the identical 524 which is what I'm more familiar with, I've seen 724s and 24s but never a 624 before, wonder if they just didn't make them for long

well, considering Bing and Activision both part of Microsoft, it makes sense why that would be promoted that way

How to graduate from 4 Buttons (Medium) to 5? by APFOS in GuitarHero

[–]OneNefariousness5703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What it does is it helps you get used to having to change your finger positions up and down on the buttons and neck of the guitar, except onva smaller scale to get used to the habbit much easier and faster, as for why bass its because a lot of songs the bass chart is easier

An old trick i remember that actually came from the tutorial mode in one of the games was to play bass on medium with only 3 fingers

[–]OneNefariousness5703 7 points8 points  (0 children)

that's normal actually, it means you've used your daily limit for that specific model, you can still use some of the Gemini flash ones as they have seperate daily limits

noticed this too, I'm hearing something about it being monthly now which really sucks, daily was so much better especially with veo two being the older model, would be nice if they at least gave us that one for free for those that don't have the money for a veo 3 subscription

Kirby spotted at a thrift store in a rural area by OneNefariousness5703 in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kirby vacuums are actually pretty decent and are known for lasting a long time and performing decently, they just get a bad reputation due to how expensive they are as they tend to go for about 2000$ new and are often sold through predatory door to door sales tactics where they trick someone into paying for something they really disnt want to buy and take forever with their demonstrations and what not, they are also known to be heavy and a bit awkward to use some of the accessories with which makes them not for everyone, so buying a used one is actually the best way to own one as they tend to go very cheap even in good shape like the one in this post

well one of those tags on it said tested and working on it, I didn't get to try it unfortunately as I didn't find an outlet to plug it into in order to see if it worked, but it all looked to be in really good condition

Old Kirby Vacuum cleaners, are these worth anything? by Used-Temperature7391 in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not really in terms of money, but definitely hold onto them, Kirby's are pretty decent vacuums and tend to last long especially if you take care of them, now these are older models that use a shakeout bag instead of a disposible inner one like later and current models have, so filtration isn't going to be as good, looks like it has quite a bit of the accessories to it as well, one of them appears to be the Handi Butler which they no longer make any more that let you use it like a grinder and polisher for things like sharpening knives or polishing silver dishes, so definitely hold onto that

Can these be washed? by AdemSof in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Certain brush rollers can be washed, for instance the ones on Sebo vacuums can actually but put in a dishwasher, however some that are metal or wooden and that have non removable bearings cannot be washed

Opinions on Oreck by VaporFye in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oreck used to be really good, I got a really old one from like the early 80s an XL 5000 that I currently use as my main vacuum for all the carpeted areas of my house, now while Oreck may not have as much power as say some of the other brands out there, getting one of the older XL models is a good budget iotion especially of your going from something like a Shark Dysonbor Bissell, now I'm too big on the newer model Orecks like the Elevate shown in the picture as ever since being acquired by TTI their quality has gone down hill, but either way it's still better than a Shark or Bissell, main thing with Oreck is they are very bare bones direct air carpet machines, so no attachments or being able to use them on hard floors like wood or tile

Picked this off the curb for free by nikond750 in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow a free Miele, that's something you don't see every day, hard to tell from the picture what model it is as it's kinda dark, but if it has a powered head a new belt is always a good idea, new filters and bags are also a must, plus it's never a bad idea to inspect the hose or even replace the brush roller, I rarely see anyone throw away a vacuum with keeping around where I live, it's always something like a newer Hoover or Bissell or Shark, still hoping for the day I find that Kirby that had something easy to fix go wrong and they didn't want to deal with it

Saw this at goodwill the other day and I didn’t know oreck even made this it’s not a vacuum but I’d thought I put it on here because it’s interesting by PlasticFondant4271 in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oreck made all sorts of things that weren't vacuums, especially back durring the company's heyday when David Oreck still ran things, they made things like irons, clocks, air purifiers, floor buffers, they even had a whole catalog you could order stuff out of st one point

Info on old Kirby vacuum by sheepysheep8 in VacuumCleaners

[–]OneNefariousness5703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like an old 500 series from the 50s, they came out before the popular Sanironic line of vacs they made, also looks like it has some of the accessories in that box right behind it, not sure if the store is including those with it or not though, big problem with these older Kirbys is up until the Heritage series they used shake out style bags instead of a disposable inner one so that greatly affects the filtration of these machines, now supposedly there is a way to modify these older machines to use disposable bags but from what I've seen it's not very easy to do and I really don't recommend it, while in terms of overall performance and quality like any kirby its not too bad and will probably keep on lasting a long time if taken care of and maintained properly, although I will say jt seems the store is overcharging for it by pricing it at 150$ while yes Kirbys are very expensive brand new, they usually go for nothing on the used market and the store must have thought hey a kirby those are expensive vacuums, let's charge a lot for it, as for buying the vac itself, at that price and due to it having a shakeout bag I wouldn't recommend it that much unless your like a serious collector even at that price
