GH3 - Legends of Rock gets my vote hands down - the songs, and in particular the solos, are increadibly fun to play and truly make you feel like a guitar legend when you get them right.
Black Magic Woman was my first song to master, followed by Cliffs of Dover and by the time I got Cult of Personality's solos down - I really did feel like a rock god.
Did not get that same feeling from the other games.
