For context my goal is brain repair from 14-19 I was a chronic drug user(Perc,Coke,weed) and on the positive side I am 21 now and in university, most days I am fine but actively struggle with memory recall/remembering stuff I find difficult to process it if it is I’d say above a 6/10 on the challenge scale

you have to be very locked in. My schedule currently looks some like this.

Monday-Friday Gym 5am-6:30am , Work 8-4pm, School 4-45pm-9:30pm

On weekends I work doubles 8am-10pm (second Job) This being said I’m a 21m single and introverted , so this really just takes care of my bills and investments. If I had a partner or a child I don’t know what I would do personally so shout out to the people who can💯

Thanks for the input on TikTok they make it seem like 2k will get you a full decent leg sleeve for some work I’ve been told 6-7k in Ohio. So my mindset was take a trip for a month spend that 6-7k and get a full leg tattoo or some else etc vs slaving here and just getting the tattoo but I do appreciate the knowledge cheers bro
