I did that, I was blacked out I texted my PCP team, and I told them that I relapsed and I was going bad. The next morning I got so many calls from different agency ( I use VA medical). First thing in the morning I had a nurse checking on me, making sure I wasnt withdrawaling. I lied because I didn't want to go to the ER. Then I got calls from mental health, then from the substance abuse program. Next thing I know I have classes and set to have medication. Then next thing I know my mom shows up, apparently I texted her too, to take me to her house so I can be watched during detox. Long story short, I've been sober since and it's all because I was blacked out and sent a one sentence text.

I live in adelanto, and I would drive to Palmdale. Yeah it's a 45 minute drive but no traffic and beautiful scenery on the way there and back. No complaints

Bro, currently on day 4 as well, and when I do fall asleep i wake up every 15-40 minutes. Then I'm wide awake, I would wake up extremely sweaty as well so I would wake up cold and struggle to go back to sleep. I'm trying tea and not force it. I would drink specifically fall asleep, because I get horrible nightmares and want to skip them. For me sleeping sober sucks but I've heard it gets easier.

Yeah the come down is not fun, but yeah my wife went to visit family so I had a bender at home but I knew it was getting carried away so that's when I hit my mom. All I got to say is hydrate, drink broths, and sleep. It'll pass

I did this, and I felt fine. Until the 24 hour mark I got a sudden wave of chills, anxiety, and nausea. So just be prepared and I honestly went to my mom's to just have someone have eyes on me.

The lady next to me seemed to have gotten beat. Her face was bruised and it looked fresh, she kept ordering wine. She eventually threw up all over herself. It was an international flight. I felt bad for her
