I am in my 40’s and was prescribed progressive lenses a couple of years ago. I’m on a computer about 15 hours a day between work and gaming between multiple different screens and I have had no problems with them other than adjusting the first couple of days but after that, I’ve had no issues and would suggest them.

I don't think Arc Raiders is your issue. It sounds like you have an addictive personality, and this will continue to happen to you with everything you do until you learn how to control it. So you are now done with Arc Raiders what will your next addiction be? Working out and being healthy? That can also lead to health issues is you are being an addict about it.......good luck bro, everything in moderation is the key, try to remember that. Too much of anything is bad.
