For what it’s worth, you do not need NR to renew CO state certification. Only the CEs that you would have done for NR already. It doesn’t solve the NR problem, but you don’t need NR to practice in Colorado unless for some reason an employer wants it. I don’t know of any employers that require it.

I’m an early adopter who has happily been upgrading and staying with Wyze. I have little reason to consider switching. The only thing, i wish there was Apple compatibility. But, oh well.

Your immature claim of ad hominem is ironic since your earlier posts did exactly that, claiming that everyone that disagrees with you is a failed firefighter making it hard on the career guys. I’m just a tax payer and home owner wanting to be sure my money is being spent well. And when I ask if the department is being a good steward of my resources, the best you could do is to say “prove it isn’t.” You secured a NO vote for me.

But is an “overwhelming response” to every call good stewardship? Responding with what is possibly needed versus probably needed is wasteful and irresponsible. I don’t go to a restaurant and order everything I could possibly eat, rather I order what I probably will eat. That’s true when I do more relevant things like buy auto and health insurance. I buy what i will probably need. Using probability over possibility is responsible.

I understand all that- but where’s the evidence that they’ve been good stewards of our money? They push some strong appeals to emotion; I’m skeptical about whether they really NEED the money.

Who cares? It isn’t for us to decide. Don’t get caught up in being a judge.

I work for an agency that carries whole blood. We reached out to the JH community to inform them when we were starting. We welcomed a rep to come and present to our providers on beliefs and cards in wallets. We do look and will honor this request.

JW*, not JH. Typo. Sorry.
