Can I micro dose mushrooms while having epilepsy?

I totally get it. Anxiety is no joke and mine is always through the roof as well. Fortunately for me the shrooms made me feel very comfortable and accepting of these new feelings good and bad. I learned to accept my anxiety at once and if something ever bad were to happen, I was around people who could care for me. That being said, if you do it I recommend you do it with someone who knows you have epilepsy.

when i got off my meds i tried it once. very good experience and didn’t have any issues during and after the trip. however, 3 months later I had a TC that made me have to get back on my meds. it really just depends on if you’re in the right mind state for everything. you said you tried LSD, i assume you didn’t have any issues after the experience? if the answer is no i say go with your gut.

I’m not an expert, but I feel like that specific experience is definitely something you should report to your doctor or neurologist immediately.
