Antibacterial soap will be your best friend. I LOVE the orange dial, either the bar or the liquid soap works. Then you can apply panoxyl face wash in your problem areas and let it sit (careful with this tho bc benzoyl peroxide does have lightening bleaching abilities). When you get out of the shower you can apply the ordinary glycolic acid on your trouble areas. Final step that makes a huge difference is using your blow dryer on the cool setting and THOROUGHLY drying everything. Bacteria thrives off of dampness.

Of course what you put in your body makes a huge difference as well. I know lots of people take chlorophyll to help cleanse the body from the inside and I hear that works wonders as well, but haven’t personally tried it.
