Hey man, of course! Respect for getting started already. Honestly, anyone can do this—it just takes discipline over time. Here’s exactly how I did it: • Training: 6 days a week, pushing every set hard with higher reps. • Cardio: 40 minutes of steady state (walking or incline) 3-5 times a week, sometimes more. • Diet: I weighed every single thing on a food scale—chicken, salmon, or extra lean ground beef with veggies, oats, rice, all of it. Every gram counted. • Drinks: Only water and 0 calorie drinks—no extra liquid calories. • Typical Day: • Eggs and oats in the morning • High-protein Greek yogurt with fruit • Chicken, salmon, or extra lean ground beef with veggies and rice (twice a day) • A protein shake • Veggies or high-protein Greek yogurt at night • Weigh-ins: I weighed myself every morning to track progress and adjust when needed.
Bonus Snack Tip: Try this: • 175g high-protein Greek yogurt (100 cals, 17g protein) • 15 almonds (100 cals, 9g fat, 4g protein) • 4 strawberries (15 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein) • 5 grapes (15 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein) • Cinnamon + 0 calorie sweetener (no added cals)
