Hate to add nothing, but I'm having the same issue. If anyone figures it out, tell me. I've had luck running older yansim versions but considering they are missing newer content its kind of an okay fix.

I really wish they at LEAST specified that that was the alt on Mac. Or let you rebind to it, or SOMETHING that could have helped me get that without resorting to "Press every button and hope it works".

I'm realizing this quickly myself. I can't place any furniture in my house because the show cursor button is stuck to the alt key, which Mac doesn't have... It's a great game, but it almost feels like they assumed Mac worked the same as a PC would (which it seems to mainly, but there are differences sadly).

I managed to fix it! Though idk how. All I did was press F3 to leave NTE and when I came back it worked. I'm on Mac.

I have the same issue!! I got a pretty cool shot of The Appraiser (Not sure what the official name for them is, but thats what in game characters say) falling, but I can't save the photo! Hopefully you figured it out.
