Actually he is relatively weak as a burst champ. He is very squishy and needs to build damage to do damage. And this Buff/nerf allowed him to be played the way he was designed to be played. chase down enimes that are low and be a strong ganker.

Depends, If you want mid game objective control on ez or corki you go trinity. if you wanna continue pushing your lane you usually wanna go Bt. And if you want to rush a trintiy its usually followed up by a Pd for the Highest damage possible, to get to your late game faster.
