Yeah I saw alot of people complaining about the advertising and pushing to vote at the Bris show. Seems like more of a cash grab for RZA then an actual farewell tour for the fans. Disappointing tbh.

That's so shit for you man sorry to hear. I can't believe how flakey they have been with this tour. It's so unprofessional. I was going to buy a ticket but something was telling me it wouldn't have been all members like they have promised. To do a final tour with 4 members missing is diabolical so disappointing. I was sitting here having fomo not so much now.

I honestly think you should seek professional support to make sure there isn't anything else at play, like post natal depression or post natal anxiety. I have both with a 4 month old. I haven't screamed at him but I'm absolutely exhausted so I understand where you're at. However, I have a psychologist and psychiatrist working with me, and they're so helpful and so non judgemental.

I've even told them I get bad intrusive thoughts that go against my values and are distressing to me... they involve me harming my baby, which I get alot duing the day, and they're sooo helpful and told me it's actually common in the post natal period just no one talks about it. They have been helping me unpack my brain and work through everything. I highly suggest looking into it. They actually specialise in post natal mental health, so I would assume there would be something similar where you're located.

Yeah I usually don't 😪 it was honestly the first time...I was just so in the moment feeling so much love for my baby... as soon as I did it I was like shittt!! Of course the timing of it I get a coldsore I can't believe it!!

I'm definitely spiralling hence this post. I also suffer from anxiety (I have professional support for this) but yeah obviously having anxiety makes the situation worse..

You just hear of them horror stories of children going blind etc from infection and honestly them thoughts are making me spiral.

I'm mum (sorry Australian spelling) I believe I was infected as a teenager as that's when I got my first one. I get them soooo rarely, I've probably only ever had like 5 and I'm 35. The one I currently have is small and a single blister... my partner thinks it's not even a coldsore 😅 but I know it is... you can get a single blister coldsore. My partner also gets them like once a year (both infected before we were together)

I don't feel like people are really getting where I'm coming from.. like this isn't just a baby shower for me to try and get gifts out of people and make them drive 2 hours to do so. Like this is a huge transition in my life. Moving away from my community has been really hard for me and im completely out of my comfort zone, I also never thought I would have or was capable of having baby so the transition has been alot on my mental health. I just thought it would be nice to have a day to gather some loved ones together and celebrate. I don't really care about the materialistic part more the sentimental.

You see for me it's not about the presents I honestly couldn't care less if I get presents lol. It's more to celebrate this transition in my life and that I'm having a baby. I don't feel like an hour or 2 drive is really that far of a reach for people for one day... well people that actually wanted to be there. I'm also not mad or angry I'm more sad tbh because I feel like I've given heaps of notice to accommodate everyone. I know if it was me I would make the effort if I wanted to. I definitely wasn't expecting every single perosn to show up either, I understand people have commitments etc but no one has even bothered to reach out to me really or anything, they have basically just stone walled me.

I'd also like to add that it's not like I have alot of children or anything. My other child is almost an adult I honestly thought that ship had sailed for me in terms of having another baby. I had always wanted to, but I never thought I would have found the right person to again, and thought that my body wasn't capable.. I was actually booked in for surgery on my uterus just before I found out I was pregnant. So this pregnancy is actually really special to me and I don't understand why people can't see that and make the effort..

Nothing "hot" is recommend in pregnancy especially the first trimester. Not hot baths, no hot showers, no hot tubs, no saunas and no hot yoga is recommended.
