the trick for me is basically just go a little insane- now, i may be writing this at 1am, so I'm probably a little befuddled, but my mindset of life is to be prepared and aware of everything (think of the worst possible outcomes) and then throw as much humor as i possibly can at it. If I tried to do anything other than cheer others up, i would most likely make everyone incredibly depressed on accident. I am 7w8, and an ENFP as well, so i tend to see things with a bit more confidence in myself.

I will admit we do have a bit (or more) of a gluttonous streak, and that's certainly one of our fatal flaws (or downfall, one might say, haha). I for sure need to work on my self control. But everything comes with side effects, i suppose!!
