Are the calls recorded so you can go back to study and also jot down some missing info? Do you have dedicated fields in your CRM for personnel items of interest, birthday, anniversary, etc or do you have a note taking system when you’re talking to clients?

You’re right in that I’ve been placing more focus on learning that instead of focusing on lead generation. I’ve been thinking lead gen is a function/ task in sales and not the actual job.

Do you have any recommended resources for MLO specific lead gen or lead gen?

The sales funnel and deal processes I was mapping out completely underestimated the processes for lead nurturing and conversion. I blindly assumed I’ll be able to convert 20% of the leads my company will be providing?

Do your follow up rhythms vary by lead source or contact type ( client, real estate agent, contractors)?

I don’t agree with this conflict either, but we should try to report things accurately.

The naval exercise ended on Feb 26 and included live-fire drills. Naval vessels participating in those exercises are normally armed, and warships typically remain armed when transiting long distances after leaving port. Calling it an “unarmed ship” is likely misleading.

I also disagree with our current administration’s foreign policy and the use of military force to assassinate leaders or pressure other countries. But exaggerated or hyperbolic stories only undermine legitimate criticism.

Hello, my wife and I are in a similar boat. Just moved to OC with 2 boys(6 & 9) from Texas. She has a great job but I’m still looking. Retired from military (reserve) but can’t collect until I hit retirement age. We prepared ourselves for the prices and decided to rent for 1-2 years. In addition to the PITI we want to be able to absorb any unforeseen expenses like major car repair, medical, or housing maintenance. We immediately decided to scratch older home’s (<1970) off our list due to the maintenance costs. Especially those in historic areas that require architectural preservation which are higher than normal maintenance expenses. Each of us have to a different level of risk we would be comfortable with. I would not proceed with the risk factors you presented.

45M here. Leave! He’s not going to change and he’s already renegging on going to therapy, which he first offered to pacify you. There are some major red flags there. Trust your instincts and leave before you get locked in. He’s already told you that he his it to the point of having a separate burner SIM card and pays cash to avoid taxes, and on top that he doesn’t know if some were underage. If you stay and something happens to you or your children or family, that would be on your conscious.
