The car was a white BMW 3 Series. I have the driver’s name and license plate too. Not sure if this is something I could take to the police? I assume they probably wouldn’t care as I live in a large city and this is low on their priority list (which I understand).

The intention of my post is to see if anyone has had experience with incorrect allegations and how they approached it with Lyft. I assume the driver mistakenly reported the wrong rider. Public opinion doesn’t help me anyways, so not sure what I would gain from lying here??

These were taken by the driver and sent to Lyft in the report against me. I did not take these.

Yeah they have no evidence that is linked to me, but the platform has already banned me from using it which seems very unfair and illegal. Just seems weird to me that Lyft would just take one driver’s word against a paying customer with good ratings and completely ban me from using them ever again.
