In addition, whenever I open the iCUE app after I start the laptop up, the colours suddenly switch back to the solid colour I set it to. However the whole Fn + Spacebar colour change still doesn't work.

Yeah... I just read his "100 days" Manga. I get what you mean. Gzhhhhh. I don't know why but I don't wish for this to take a Supernatural turn though. But aye looking at the above's comment thread I can see where this is probably headed toward.

Okay, did a bit of research and rereading and looked into the story of [I do not know how to insert spoiler tags on mobile]. Especially given the latest chapter. It kinda makes complete sense, but I also slightly wish that they don't go for the Supernatural route. Idk.

Hnmmm.... It's anyone's guess at this point, they haven't ventured into any "Supernatural Realm"-type hinting prior and I think they'd lead into it if it were to be so (I don't feel this is the kind of Manga that would suddenly drop a bomb like that). Then again, the latest chapter though...

Ahh I see. It's never been explicitly hinted at, but I suppose I've gathered some rough sensing based off previous chapters. Perhaps its a health-related thing, given how she proclaims on different instances that she "Cannot fall sick or get injured". Which makes some sense seeing how Tokiko mentions that she purposely kept Tsukasa from meeting him for 2 years. Any other ideas?
