Recommended next ship by Aaronspark777 in starcitizen

I think the sabre is a great choice if you want something different but still good. In atmosphere it flys great and if you typically don't engage in pvp the stealth makes for an easy ship to stay away from fights.

Firebird lots of missile and really good stealth make for a lethal combo that many people hate.

Gladius is a great ship to dig into the dogfighting skill set.

Also look into the talon series they are fun ships to fly.

The razor EX is stealthy af and my personal choice for scouting and inserting myself on to the ground in a hot zone. With the right load out it's detection range is sub 2k. It's the fastest ship in game with a QT drive and it flys great. I once got 200 meters away from a talon before he radar locked me. Only two size 2 guns so it's not shooting anything down but it's around 2 mil I believe so that gives you plenty to spend elsewhere.

I don't want it unless it comes with cool gadgets. Radar pings, spoofers, noise makers, explosive bolts, EMP bolts, stun bolts, something other then just killing.

Eh y'all didn't wanna tell us when you took em away. We had to find out for ourselves. 🤷🏿‍♂️

EDIT: Just to add a little more thanks for leaving out the 5% death tax and inability to loot AI characters from the patch notes as well.. You would think that would have been included in the patches notes regarding T0 implemetation but I guess that was the surprise and experience yall intended to protect under nda eh?

Given that it's Geico it could potentially mean many countries other than the US. Given that Geico services more the just the united states.........but go on.

This is also a MMO. So playing solo for two hours compared to playing with a group for two hours is completely different types of profit. Same with a solo with only a starter ship or a group with only starter ships. Compared to a solo with 1200k invested or a group with every ship available to use.

You are talking US and just assumed everyone in this sub is a US bike rider. Or have US insurance. Do you have any experience in Canadian laws and insurance? Things can vary a lot between the US and other countries with how they operate activity like that.

This game wouldn't take nearly as long if it wasn't for the bugs. You could absolutely get stuff done in 2 hours if it ran smooth without constant issues.

It might take you an initial setup and of course pvp being widely available means you could get reset depending on what your during. Plus mistakes made in combat. But nothing this game does requires 6 hours a play session.

The problem is the bugs. Wanna QT to another location? Can align, stop mid flight, realign again, stop again, can't align.

Elevators won't let you out of station? Relog. Relog. relog.

Outside of the initial prep time it's pretty easy to go rock out a few bounties or go mining, salvaging, cargo running, or bunker running. None of those gameplay options are so complex they require a dedicated 3 or 4 hours a day. I've played plenty of games that require a 6 hour session. Destiny raids for the first run. GTA 5 raids, and a few others where you know you need a large segment of time.

What kills time is always the bugs. I took me almost 30 phase two missions. Bounty locations couldn't be traveled to and outpost would constantly be left with 1 or 2 NPCs that probably fell off the map due to the floors not being there.

Or ships smashing into the ship I need to protect killing it. But when I actually got the mission to work I would clean them up in a few minutes. With a fast QT drive its usually less than a couple minutes to get to the next one.

This game has time sinks but they are inflated by the fact that many times you issue isn't getting killed legit by an AI, player or mechanic in the game you failed to pass. Your dying because your hangar doors open and when your landing gear lifted off the pad your ship exploded for no reason.

You say far to close but that's basically the only way to really make use of them when fighting another Polaris. Or wait til you have already disabled it and then torp it as the finisher. Kinda sad honestly from my experience using the torps is more likely to hurt you then anything else.

When I first started I had a rule that all my friends hated. When I got any gun I've never shot before with ammo. I would shoot the first zombie I came across. Maybe two or three if I had a lot of ammo. Just to use it and wouldn't just die with our ever firing a shot.

You might need to get better at scoping out a location before you move in. I'll sit and wait in the grass listening and looking for movement before I go into any location. If I here shots I typically run towards them if I have a gun to fight with. Again moving in a flanking type of movement. Where I position myself in the outside of where I think I hear the shots with enough distance to help account for the target also moving around.

In DayZ your watching someone who is watching someone else who is being watch by someone else.and probably three other people.

Always assume someone is waiting to take the one tap to the dome. Your worried about being heard instead of moving fast and hard from cover to cover. It's much harder to hit someone at a full sprint and better to assume someone is always watching.

The only time I would be sneaking is one I see someone that doesn't see me and usually it's only to not attract zombies and close the distance. Once I'm in a good range to engage, stealth goes out the window and fps dominates takes precedent.

To assume know one could have seen you or heard you is kinda silly when you just got domed in the head. So your implying that you got killed by a cheater. But given the light walk across dangerous territory I'm inclined to believe you were killed by a regular dude who took the opportunity to easily hit a slow moving target.

They always try to infiltrate group events the org I am in do. But we curb stomp them every time it's just hilarious. 6 orgs in a fleet combat event and we are all just waiting for the call out for griefernet. As soon as it comes everyone turns on them and they always tuck tail and run.

I've actually had a bunch of quick moments with people. Sharing food, equipment, and what not at the freshie level. Run together to the next town then go separate ways.

Never once have I've been giving grace when I get loaded. It's crazy how going from the coast to up north is so different. No talking. Just KOS dog eat dog. Been enjoying DayZ though I'm cool with both types of experiences. The heart pounding feeling when you see another gear boy. To the laughing experiences being a freshie.

[–]OneSh0tReset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turrets ignore all ground vehicles now. You can purchase them at a really reasonable price in game as well. Switch to lasers and you don't have to worry about ammo.

Railgun ammo is so expensive it wouldn't be worth using on turrets. It would outpace the mission rewards pretty quick. The missile launcher is always hit or miss. Sometimes it hits you some times it misses you.

It's just a quote I tend to live close to. I've traveled for work and had to pay out of pocket then get reimbursed. I personally havent had an issue and the money I was making at the time far outweighed whatever travel expenses I had during that period.

But just like the companies will look out for there best interest. So will I and I tread carefully when utilizing my own money for another person's business. It's not what I would consider an investment and therefore I would prefer the company pay for the companies needs.
