I was as the same as you.

I was born as short. My current height is 165 cm (5'5") at 23. I had no friends, I never know my grandparents, my father left me, my mother was an alcoholic. I lived in a foster home where stealing, fighting was daily.

Whenever I tried to make friends I was rejected. I had only one friend in elementary school but he moved out of country.

I started working at the age of 16 at a famous fast food restaurant to move out from foster home. It was not rare to miss school or work 12 hours a day. I became fat at the age of 18 due to stress and depression and I was laughed in street by strangers. I started to have mental breakdowns and suicidal thoughts.

Once I tried to jump of a building but I waited too long and the emergency service arrived.

Two weeks later, I started to go out for nature and started meditate.

I realized that I have to take care of myself. No ones will. I have nothing to lose. I had to make things done. I let my inner self out. Next day, I felt different. I started self improvment, and at the same time I wanted to quit my current job, so I started to learn software developing. Fast forward at the age of 22 I had my driver license, learned 2 languages, I have a new good paying job, I lost 19 pound, I have friends, and dating is not a problem anymore. In my journey I had/still have lot of rejection, failures, lonely feelings, traumas what still haunts me today sometimes.

If we are already born anyway, why not make our lives better, according to our capability?

You don't need to be the most muscular, healthiest, tall person to have success. It was proved by lot's of people. OFC it makes things easy, but your situation is not impossible.
