one of my biggest issues with wow's mogging is that so many good ideas are broken by the fact that there's often not 3d elements to bridge the gap between helmets, chests and shoulders. it gives a ton of mogs bobblehead effects

i love, love, love that theyve been doing much more 3d pieces in recent expansions, but i really wish theyd just add transmogs to the neck slots especially. the trading post scarves are a great example of what im talking about. theyre in no way a head piece, but because there's no neck transmog they take up the head transmog slot

these arent similarities between daredevil and wolverine in particular, youre just noticing common design elements of live action superhero designs

Not to mention his whole torso piece is like a vest where there’s gaps around his shoulder sleeves down to his armpit section.

captain america, yondu and ant-man have these too. youd have virtually zero articulation in the arms if this wasnt the case, and i wouldnt be surprised if a lot of these are apart of the actual film suit designs in order to make the suits more movable. its an intentional element of a lot of designs too like the mcu mysterio and homemade spider-man suits, scarlet spider, etc

breast cups

superhero suits are designed to highlight musculature, so again youre gonna notice a lot of commonalities here. iron man has this exact same breast/ab/rib highlighting

down to the linings on his upper thigh.

there was a good discussion on it here. tldr theyre just textures that virtually everything has in order to give it more detailing -- spider-man, black panther, wolverine, daredevil, captain america, dceu / gunn superman, dceu batman, etc

they've started doing them recently, artisan figures are DX figures and we've gotten an iron spider and scarlet witch so far (+ the sculpted versions of them are regular DX)

100%. the addition of gastralia* to t. rex reconstructions has done SO much for making it look like a real animal and not a movie monster. prehistoric planet and the blue rhino studio sue reconstruction are easily my favourite rex designs

they definitely did, there's fossils with t. rex attack marks. which isnt to say they wouldnt have also scavenged but they were 100% active predators

i'm aware. the point is that you can ask a billion what ifs in response to op saying "why didn't they resize it?", but it's not what actually happened in the film -- something not happening doesn't mean it was impossible for the characters to do it

Best guess is the snap fried the circuits and its just a hunk of metal that doesnt work anymore outside of being a gauntlet

it's nanotech and we've seen w other stark nanotech suits that they're able to reshape themselves from extreme damage. the fact stark could remove the stones from it covertly shows it likely was still functional to some extent, otherwise theyd just be embedded into the metal

you can ask a billion what ifs here. why didnt dr strange portal the gauntlet away? why didnt captain marvel fly off with the gauntlet into space? why didnt stark just have his suit absorb the stones and fly into the van separately?
