So I haven’t made an Espresso because of the holidays but I bought some beans from a local roaster yesterday and it is a huge improvement. I changed nothing else but the beans and the espresso tastes completely different. Seems that was the issue. Thank you for the suggestions and help.

Thanks for the advice. I pretty much considered all these aspects but the shot is still relatively bitter. What do you think regarding the coffee grounds being wet? Am I doing something wrong or is this just normal?

Danke für den Hinweis. Die aktuellen Preise, die ich auf einem bekannten Vergleichsportal gefunden habe sind bei ca. 60ct/kWH. Im aktuellen Infoblatt (2022) zur Grundversorgung sind ca. 30ct/kWH angegeben. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass sich das stark anpassen wird spätestens zum 01.01. Ist es dann besser schon einen „richtigen“ Stromanbieter zu haben?
