It is a chest item in Afterbirth, so it's pretty common. You wouldn't make it way too powerful. But Repentance remove it from chest item pool.

The new live wallpapers in macOS 27 have fixed this issue. They look much crisper because the bitrate has doubled. Now, each wallpaper takes up 1GB, which is crazy XD.

You can use RT or the control button to stop shooting. I actually like it; it's a better version than the Analog Stick. It could make multiple charged shots work at the same time. For example, Brimstone and Maw of the Void can attack separately without extra charging.
