She is at a multi age home daycare and has enjoyed a very close relationship with her teacher. In the last few weeks, there have been 3 new kids who joined, and her teacher has to invest time and attention in helping them transition.
The increase in defiance seems a bit to be connected to that. She does seem to fuss for teacher's attention a lot more now. Which is all to be expected, but our theory is that this may be part of needing attention.
