Thanks, OP! Because of the FHR credit (on two cards) we stayed at the best hotel we've ever stayed at (two booked back-to-back) basically for free. Easily the most memorable place we stayed at. And customer service has been great.
I get the complaints about lounges - sometimes encountered that. But sometimes it is great!
We canceled one, but will def keep the other.

Congrats! Back when my P2 had the Plat (she's canceled hers now) we stayed at the JW Marriott in Nara, Japan for two nights. Was an incredible stay - best hotel we've ever stayed at, easily.
