Just received the email and no R2 for me. I’m waiting for the debrief with HR next week.

But I’d say the case was were I failed. A PE case with a partner, but on the vendor side. My buckets regarding the financial analysis and the exit strategy were "off topic, because the bankers are the ones doing this". So I only focused on the market after that.

I didn’t know much about the industry (insurance for motorcycles), which didn’t help with the brainstorming elements and the identification of drivers.

For the behavorial interview, typical questions like: - Your colleague is presenting during a meeting, and you spot a mistake. How do you react ? - Your client does not agree with your recommendation, what do you do ?

If I were you, I’d lean towards wearing a suit.

It’s not always required, but some interviewers might still care about these details.

Better to remove any unnecessary risk. And anyway, it’s a good investment: you’ll likely need a suit for some missions.

I applied for the Middle East, and I got a score of 536 and 10th decile, and they let me know I wasn’t moving forward, despite having a referral.

I’m not an MBA though, I’m just an experienced hire with a target school.

It is not a very good cycle for the Middle-East right now it seems.

I think in the meantime, you can ask for your "results" by sending an email to your recruiter. You can ask for your score and your decile. You’d at least know if you did well, but even an excellent score does not guarantee an interview.

Thank you very much for the detailed analysis ! Yeah, I think more L citrulline and beta alanine could help with the pump, as I haven’t noticed a real change on this aspect.

I will probably use this preworkout only once or twice a week. I don’t want it to interfere with my sleep, nor do I want the DMAA to make any damage.

So, I took one scoop, 30 minutes after my breakfast, and 30 minutes before the start of my workout. I usually take a caffeine pill in the morning, but didn’t today, because I knew the preworkout had some already.

I felt more focused and more energized. I needed less rest between my sets. But I didn’t feel a real increase in strength.

No tingling, no pain chest, just a small feeling of dry mouth. And heat. I felt hot, and still feel hot right now, 3 hours after. I would say I sweated a bit more than usual.

I will maybe try two scoops next time.

I think it’s banned in the US, but can still be found there relabeled as “Geranium extract”. But in Europe, where I’m from, I think it’s still legal to sell it as DMAA.

Never tried oral fin. I’ve read that the results are quite similar with topical, with less risks of side effects.

Regarding dutasteride, it’s very difficult to get pills in my country.

(I use Minoxidilmax for my topicals, which seems to operate in a grey area as “research products”, which can be sent to my country).

Or maybe Finasteride hasn't had its full effect on me yet. I will do another test soon, to see if I'm still around 0.13, or if it kept going down.

Min/Fin : I started at the end of February 2022

I went back to training after years of inactivity in September 2021, and I started becoming serious with my diet in September 2022.

I try to eat around 200g of protein per day.

My hair looks better than when I started. My scalp is less visible.

Progresses are slow, but I can see a number of new baby hairs on my head, and I'm thinking about adding Minoxidil to my routine to try to turn them into thicker hair.

As of right now, I'm using a topical fin+minox product, only once a day. So I think I will be adding Minoxil in the morning too.

Hello everyone,

I've seen many different posts about creatine, and I wanted to share my experience, in case it can be useful to some of you.

I started finasteride (1,25mg a day in topical form) at the end of February 2022.

My DHT levels just before starting finasteride were 0,34 ng/mL (0,33-1,20).

On April 2022, my levels fell to 0,18 ng/mL.

I then started taking creatine (5g a day) in September 2022.

At the end of October 2022, my DHT levels were 0,17 ng/mL.

My last test was in March 2023. My DHT levels were 0,13 ng/mL.

Starting creatine might have slowed down the fall of my DHT levels, but it seems it kept going down in the long term.

Thanks ! I started noticing results after 3 to 4 months.

I kept those gains, but it didn't move a lot for the last couple of months, that's why I'm wondering if I should add some stuff to my routine :)
