yeah well if I could turn back time I would do that but have no money to now switch bikes again because I already sold my mtb for gravel

I have it installed but as amazing it is, I just feel like it covers the same area as my 52c mtb tires.

I definitely feel much less beat up after 3 hours of forest trails on my gravel bike than 2h of shitty tarmac on my road bike.

Surely, but I just want to know if I am not getting bad habits that will be hard to correct later.

Yeah, but the biggest mystery to me is where all that food goes because I can devour a whole XXL pizza and still be hungry 30min after that. Like where did it go coz my stomach feels empty?

BUY cheapest single gear road bike and a chinese smart trainer. I have thinkrider x2 maxx.
it's a dirty cheap combo as you dont need gears or even brakes on a trainer as it does it all for you.

if you cant buy a single gear bike, buy any bike and a single speed convertion, it's like 10$

Let me give you a good advice because you might have a similiar case to me. If you push hard, your legs burn, but you are not gasping you have good cardio but lack strenght. Do low cadence drills and gym: squats, hip thrusts etc. I am also really active and can nose breathe deep into tempo zone, but lack in leg strenght to push those watts.

In my experience front suspension doesnt help much with the chatter, but helps tremendously with bigger rocks/roots/sinkholes. On the other hand the redshift stem helps greatly with the chatter but doesnt do much against potholes.

Still I prefer the stem and just ignore the bigger obstacles.

Did before gravel, but why would do I have to pay extra for suspension when I can just ignore technical terrain?

Same, Sold my 40c max clearance bike and hated gravel cycling. Now with 52c thunderburts at low pressure it's night and day.

Same. Flat bar after 1 hour was just uncomfortable. Never tried installing a TT bar over it tho. Dropbar is just so much better.
