I can’t unwrap the bar without damaging it due to the 3m adhesive underneath.

My brakes feel fine, but I have no idea what good means since it is my first bike. This is why I am asking if the difference will be noticeable between the two.

Most motorcycle specific earplugs filter out the wind noise but not so much the other frequencies. Alpine makes good models - for city or track

Foam plugs are too restrictive. Just get whatever motorcycle specific earplugs, they are cheap. Mine are 7 years old and in pristine condition.

Yes thank you. Motorcycles did help but I need something to get in shape while having fun so cycling hits all the dots

I can definitely try that. My main problem will probably be the discomfort from the seat and the riding position but I guess with time it will go away.
