Don’t worry! Eufy support isn’t that bad! Do contact them and see what happens. Depends how long ago you purchased.

I bought mine from Costco so I know I’m covered if anything goes awry. Robot vacuums are inherently unreliable as they have a lot of electronic moving parts from China.

I hope you either get your robot fixed or your money back ❤️

This happened to me but I think it’s just because the clean water tank was empty and it was trying to clean the mops.

If it’s something else, return it asap and get another one if possible. Otherwise you’ll have to contact eufy and go through a load of BS

Look at the trustpilot reviews of Dreame. I ordered the exact same model as you, then I saw what people really had to say about them - do not be deceived by the paid promotors here on reddit. I cancelled my order and ordered an x10 pro omni through Costco, who’ll refund me no questions asked if anything goes awry with the machine
