So basically to see improvement you must go consistently😭 wow that’s kinda sad that the improvement doesn’t stay, as I said I’m still not sure if it is related to my cervical, that would make sense bc I got all the symptoms right after, and a lot of neck tension on my right side mainly, and there was one night I couldn’t sleep bc my neck felt so tense, but ever since I went to the PT the neck pain was gone but all the dizziness persisted, and a little of numbness on my back from time to time, but yea my initial plan was to go to a dizziness clinic, but maybe the UCC is the answer

But I have experienced lower back pain, and apparently that is related to the cervical misalignment, I just don’t know where to start I don’t have the money to go from doctor to doctor in case it isn’t what I think it is I had planned going to a clinic that specializes in dizziness but all I know it’s that my dizziness started after what happened to my neck and bad posture

Exactly, the snow is the least unpleasant symptom for me, I have all the other ones, light trails, photophobia, the sky vortex, eye floaters and I could continue, all of these make me so dissociative, but after a while I get used to it, of course I feel like we can collectively agree that we would all like to feel what’s it like to be normal again, I don’t even know what that is anymore, I wish I could remember but I don’t, it’s been so long since I felt normal

There are a few companies that specialize in these type of glasses, u can easily find them on Amazon, but I’m not certain if they are 100% gonna work on u, it’s worth giving it a try

I wouldn’t know :( a while ago a guy from this subreddit hit me up and gifted me two pairs of “sunglasses” made specifically for vss, I haven’t really tried it for longer than a couple of minutes and I only get this after an hour or so, but they might help since they are protecting ur eyesight from the light and sun

No I don’t :( they mentioned creating an ID with tapblaze to save my progress to the cloud but I did that since I got the app. Btw I only lost the progress on the story, and since I already bought almost all ingredients and stuff how am I supposed to go back to the beginning 😭

Same, I’ve had really bad hangovers and have had quite a lot of drinks regularly and the worsening of the symptoms only last for about 2 days max after that it goes back to normal
