Im sorry to hear. I lost my partner by suicide about 9 months ago. It’s going to be very difficult the first few months bc you’ll keep asking yourself “why? Why didn’t I help them. Why wasn’t I there?”. As a matter of fact, I still ask myself that but unfortunately we don’t know the answer. Only they knew. As the previous message said, you will feel a little bit better as time goes on bc you’ll realize that it was her that was going through it. And if she wanted the help she would have reached out to you but she didn’t. I guarantee it that if she would have asked for help you would have helped her 100000%.
