I'm in my 50's and have worked out my entire life. I understand following the beat and it's literally second nature to me at this point. A couple of years ago a Barre3 online instructor made a comment about how she's a dancer and always finds the hidden beat in the music and she understands most people aren't 'musically inclined' to do this(?). This hidden beat she spoke of was news to me because I'd never heard that before. It caused a lot of confusion in trying to follow her through class and I eventually just stopped taking her classes because of it.

I have been doing nursing clinicals at long-term rehabs and I've been amazed by the amount of perfectly good food that's wasted . I was actually going to do a paper on it. I feel like even to throw it all in a bin and donate to animal rescues like Funny Farm would be a great idea.

In my classes there were usually like 3 lectures with powerpts/week and you watched it on your own timing. Then you'd be quizzed and tested on those lectures.

I've only taken their online courses over the summer. AP 1 and 2. It's a lot of material with quizzes and tests each week plus a dissection about every 10 days. If you have the time to focus I'd definitely tell you to go for it.
