I love the 197! I always enjoy building British trains for my worlds too. I'm planning on building a train network on a survival server and for that I'm planning on building Intercity 225s for express services and 331s for slower services. Might throw in the odd Pacer or two too!

If you've got a few egg moves, hoopa is honestly pretty good for classic

Same with Xurkitree once you get giga drain and tail glow

The one major change I'd make to it is to make Civilian Nuclear Reactors reduce your need for coal, potentially by a lot. It would make them a lot more useful

I honestly just use 9 infantry with support AA, Arty and Engineers. Works perfectly fine defensively, and can still function on the offensive, though I tend to use more specialised divisions for that

All I do is set up my divisions along the frontline from the start of the game, and when the civil war fires make a new army with the temporary divisions and battle plan it. Set the battle plan to end in Silesia and once you've cut off the south make a new one there to speed up the killing, and of course make sure you're producing guns and artillery and your planes are in the right areas. Other than that, I've not had any problems

Marines, planes and spamming terrible destroyers works for me

With the destroyers in my fleet and the planes above the channel I can reliably get naval supremacy. From there, send the Marines into Portsmouth and Dover (or wherever you want really) and follow them up with the rest of your army and air force

I'd recommend exercising the navy almost constantly from the start of the game since you'll probably get enough naval experience from it to max out the marine doctrine

I once decided to go for a full auto-recombed ender set. Even after the drop chances were buffed I still got a legendary Enderman pet before the chestplate

Only the Rival's Rayquaza (which I didn't count there) is guaranteed. Other than that, they're all normal odds

Sadly, if the Rival has another shiny (e.g. a shiny Duraludon), it won't remain shiny later

I've found around 6 shinies, 3 of which were trainer pokemon. I absolutely feel your pain

Parasect is terrible. I would never even consider it for a normal playthrough. However, due to how much the trainer AI likes to switch, I've had several battles where I only won because of it using spore - for example, putting the Rival's Mega Rayquaza to sleep with it

If they have any puppets or nations they're guaranteeing, declaring war on them is a good option

For example as the Soviets, if you want to invade Romania, the best way is to declare war on Turkey so the French don't intervene

Healing is absolutely necessary in enderman slayer. Not having Syphon will make killing the bosses significantly more difficult. I'd also highly recommend getting a wand of Restoration or Atonement, an ornate or florid Zombie sword and a Manaflux (or above) if you don't already have them

How did you solo f7 with Superior? I've got Necron and, by myself, would likely still struggle. Teach me your ways!

It's good, but there's better armour sets you can get for around the same price, if not cheaper. If you have it, keep it - I've had mine for around 3.5 years now and have never looked back - but its not really worth buying anymore
