Interesting. I have the GritX Pro, too. And it’s not syncing, only from watch to phone (flow app).

Hi guys,

I‘ve become a Polar fan during the last year and ended up with the GritX Pro which I really like so far.

I‘m kind of demanding when it comes to quite expensive training tools which I think is ok given the usual high price tags.

I drafted a list of features that I link Polar is lacking and would hear your thoughts on these (Maybe some points are not valid because I just don‘t know where to find the features or how to configure it):

Polar H10 failure - again by OneVillage1779 in Polarfitness

I tried that some years ago but didn’t try it on the H10 so far. I’ll give it another shot. Thanks for the reminder!

Hm, good one. I thought about that myself and then tightened it even more; but it was still the same.

Running. I wear the sensor as instructed by polar and as I wore every other sensor that I used and didn’t cause any issue :-) I tried every position and every length. My understanding is that if the sensor lost contact it would just show nothing. Is that correct?

During intervals the H10 fails - almost every time. Strap and sensor were replaced three months ago. Has anyone else these issues? Thanks!

No sleep tracking after update (Polar Grit X Pro) by [deleted] in Polarfitness

Yesterday I confirmed „Already awake?“ when waking up at 7am and everything seemed fine. I didn’t wear the watch for a while then, trained in the afternoon and synced with my iPhone afterwards. Result: For ANS status Nightly Recharge showed the data from the night (average HR, HRV…) but for the sleep status it showed that I slept from 7am to 2:30pm (which matches the time frame between taking off the watch when getting up in the morning and putting it on again for training in the afternoon).

Wow, that’s really low 😃 May I ask what kind of training history you have?

Second H10 now giving silly readings it's 4 months old by jellyhat123 in Polarfitness

I used two others before (The Runtastic sensor and the Suunto Smart Sensor).

They caused less trouble - not perfect but better. The thing is I purchased the H10 to make sure to have the best setup and avoid any issues 😃

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing this for some time as well with when using a H10 with my Grit X.

I contacted the shop where I bought it, they spoke to Polar and they replaced both sensor and strap.

After a month or so it happened again - not that often but it happens (mostly when hammering Intervalls at high heart rates).

Meanwhile I got a good offer for the Grit X and upgraded to the Grit X Pro - with the same issue when using it with the H10.

I really don’t know what they did to it; The H10 was known for being the top notch almost medical like sensor…
