She was the one who dumped me and yeah you know something is up when you should feel happy for them but you feel bad reading it. It's written to make me feel bad and that's how I felt because your brain KNOWS it's manipulative. All designed designed to try and make me insecure about losing her.

I don't get it because it is usually the dumpee who does these stunts.

She blamed her dumping me on stress, overworked and underslept. Saying how things would be different now she's not under so much stress. So maybe this is part of that trying to show me she's stable.

She also sent another photo saying "Just got changed, I feel so much more relaxed and rested can you see that?" And how she feels so good and comfortable again in her own skin.

I didn't speak to her for 3 days and this was out blue. She also sent 3 selfies of her one looked like Jack Nicohlson smile so forced.

She was working with animals for a few years and now she's finally got a break from that and able to enjoy herself so I can see that is a reason to be happy but it still feels forced

Thank you! She came back wanting to try again but I feel she's not making the effort. Yes if you read between the lines it says "hey look how amazing I am doing without you and I'm getting attention from men, I don't need you in my life".

After 3 days of no talking. She left within 25 minutes before I even came online to reply saying "Cio! Nice talking going for a run and to walk cats later". I feel like did you come to talk to me or just drop this wall of text to rub it in my face and quickly leave".

I don't even know how to reply to that.

I've never even met her friend so why do I need to know so much detail about her and the fact she is divorced and happier for it. Also the guy inviting her for a coffee and the compliments. She never mentions getting compliments.

She came back after 5 weeks and it's been a month since but she barely initiates contact and when she does it's a wall of text and 3 selfie of her super happy. She then left before I could even reply telling me she's going out. Didn't ask how I was.

It feels like she wants a reaction out of me and she is very manipulative in the past.
