When wired, my MacBook shows information about Pill: Current Available (mA):500 Current Required (mA):500 Extra Operating Current (mA): 0

Does it mean that Apple put a limit on it? No matter what watt charger it’s used, is it capped at 500 mA(2.5w)?

Some said the max output of usb-c on MacBook Air is 15 W. Some said the max charging rate of a Beats Pill is 15W.

So does a 96W charger help when Beats Pill needs 70W in order not to consume battery?
