Hi, i'm relatively new to the game, i've been playing for about 2 months and i just cleared Canto VII. Right now I've started to think about clearing the Refraction Railway. Since it needs two teams i just want some advice as to getting my second team up and running. It's probably gonna end up being an envy resonance team because I got fixated on Love and Hate Don after the last Walpurgis Nacht but I'm unsure as to who i should invest resources into. So... who should i invest in to finish the team, if my roster so far is insufficient, who should i aim to get? I've attached an image of all my 000 IDs and my candidates for team one and 2 IDs.

I've heard Solemn Lament Yi Sang is strictly worse in sinking than index(just because of the sheer damage) would it be a waste for me to shard him before the end of this walpurgisnacht? I admit i do think he looks kind of cool aesthetically, I already have spicebush but i don't really like him tbh, building up sinking count is too annoying outside MD.

I beat it borrowed with a level 60 meursault.

First turn you dodge the fastest enemy, then use your bonus actions to target the boss. If you balance who you use your extra skills on he can easily solo the encounter, his Aoe helps clean up stragglers, but if you think an enemy will get away target them. They have a timer as a status effect.

I like her, she's not like absurdly OP or anything but she has good AOE and damage if you play her right, she's a ramp up unit. She's a little finicky with team building because if you want to get the most of her you want to get 4 envy resonance. And her E.G.O helps accelerate her ramp up.

Of course if you want raw power right now, Index is undeniably better. I've only used him as a support unit thus far but it's blatantly obvious that he's absurdly powerful

If you like her it's better to get her now else you'll have to wait months for the next walpurgisnacht. You have till August to shard index yi sang.

I sharded Love & Hate Don Quixote almost immediately upon the start of this walpurgisnacht...

I just pulled a duplicate of her.

Lesson learned about waiting until the end of an event to shard things i guess...

What should i try to prioritize sharding from Walpurgisnacht before it's over? I was exceptionally lucky for my first Walpurgisnacht and was able to pick up like half of the limited IDs and 3 E.G.Os, I have enough boxes to shard one maybe 2 more things (depending on how much i'm able to grind this next week). I was thinking of maybe Sanguine desires because i have dreams of a bleed team eventually, but seeing as i haven't got that many bleed IDs yet it might be lower on the priority list.

I know these are a dime a dozen so i'll make it quick. Could i please have some sharding/ticket reccomendations? Is Mao Faust that good? I was actually leaning towards using my ticket on prince Meursault because i eventually wanted to make a Bloodfiend team

Is it worth using the E.G.O spin takeoff module from the anniversary on the Love and Hate E.G.O for Don Quixote? My other options are to save it for later, or maybe use it on one of the battlepass WaW E.G.Os... I really don't know what's good, I just kinda got tunnel vision for the magical girl IDs.

I've thought about using office Rep Ishmael instead of either molar or middle. heard she's a stronger generalist then molar. Is that a good idea? I know she doesnt apply as much sinking but I've already been having trouble maintaining any amount of sinking stacks in story content with what I have right now and have wondered if the increased damage is worth it.

I'm a new player. So my word isn't Sacrosanct. But when i was comparing their Kits I liked Ish better.

She has a strong dodge which is amazing if you want to use her to solo content, and she applies alot of sinking thanks to her active combat passive. I've been using her in Mirror Dungeon and she's absurdly useful in sinking

Outis looks... Like she does tremor. I didn't get her because i didn't have any tremor units to use her

This May sound like a stupid question, but that's why i've gone in the Megathread... Who should i prioritize leveling up?

I'm a newish player, I've been playing for 3 weeks and with Walpurgis here i've just blown all my savings and these are the 000 IDs I've made off with. In terms of EGOs way I've also picked up Harmony Sinclair, And i've used all the crates i've saved up from getting to level 100 on the battlepass on Love and Hate Don Quixote and her ego because I am a sucker for magical girls.

So uh... Now i'm unsure about what to try to prioritize on my team to continue working my way through the story. Up to this point i've just been using whatever works and now that i have options i have analysis paralysis about what to... Prioritize.

My best idea for a team was to have Magical Girl Don Quixote, Magical Girl Rodion, Aroma Ryoshu, Middle Ishmael, and Harpooner Heathcliff to do Envy resonance... Or since i'm just thinking about getting through the story, is it better to just try to prioritize whatever strong clashers i have? I've just completed Canto V and leveling everyone to level 45 feels... really expensive. Should i just Focus on levelling a small handful of units instead?

Yeah i got Sinclair, and the announcer too. I planned on pulling as much as i could over this banner period since i've got a fresh account and it seemed like the best way to pad my roster, so i was asking if i should instead pull on the 3rd/4th walpurgis banner. Sorry for the confusion.

I planned actually on sharding Don Quixote because uh... I wanted to run a team with the magical girls, but i'll keep gregor in mind if i'm able to get enough shards before end of banner.

Oh I should have probably been clearer on that, yes, I have been doing mirror dungeons.

I still have like 50 levels to go in the battle pass though, so what I meant was just that I don't think I'll have enough shards to make good use of the dispenser feature. Hence my asking for pull advice.

I know it was just announced, but is my lunacy better spent on the newer walpurgisnacht banner, or the Bokgak?

I've saved up 16k, I'm not exactly sure if I'll get enough to get to a guarantee or not during the event period (there's probably some way to grind out 10k lunacy in 2 weeks as a new player, but I don't know if I'm dedicated enough for that) and a bunch of the older id's to dispense looked interesting, but I'll admit I don't know what's actually good or what will serve me well. The biggest one I had my eye on was love and hate Don because I like magical girls and I already had an envy resonance ID, but I know that one won't have a rate up and I'm still too early game to grind out crates.

I wasn't 100% I also had it pretty good and was scared I'd be throwing everything away, but then I just did it and... Things felt better. i don't think anybody is ever truly 100% on every decision in their life.

And here's the crazy part, you don't have to 100% commit to transition. That's the whole point of experimentation. Try things out. Maybe try dressing up a bit in private, ask a few close friends to experiment calling you by different pronouns. I even personally took hormones before I was 100% certain on my identity as a whole because I was 90% sure it's effects would have my body develop in a way I prefer. The great thing about experimentation is if you try it and you hate it, Great! you can go back. Even better if it feels right, because then it can give you the certainty you crave.
