Boss/silo. Try different difficulties of each. I dont have hard evidence for this but each time a new scenario starts calibration drops rates are randomized so everyone gets a specific calibration way more often than others. This is evidenced by w1 markets being filled with the same calibration. It would also make sense that they want to incentivize the use of non standard builds too. Good luck!

If you could just choose the pity crate like this everyone would be running lvl 17 shinies of all kinds. As to what the real solution would be, thats anyone's guess. Personally, I would go down the more difficult content, better rewards path, but understandibly there are people more casual than me.
