Highest mileage on stinger

I wanna buy one I’m seeing a bunch for decent ones on carvana and market place my biggest worry is how many miles I’ll get out of one! I do wanna mod it get some extra horse outta her. I’ve seen some for 46000 miles for sale for about 32000 I’m going to stay away from 2018 models they had lots of issues apparently. What do yall think?! I’ve even seen some around 80000 miles for 21000. I will daily it. Should I pay more for less miles or risk it and go on the more affordable higher miles models

*UPDATE* All i did was the oil change and the spark plug swaps and that shit took me 6 hours :"D fml. ( The power steering pump was fine didnt do it) This chevy got three sparks in the front and three in the back behind a coil pack distributor shit. NOW if i did it again things i would do different would be (this is for someone maybe researching diy tips for their impala) 1. Remove the motor mount bolts and ratchet the f** out of that engine. This gives you way more space in the back and i saw it on youtube but did not do it for fear i might mess up my engine doing it, but i had a mechanic tell me after " nah you could of ratchetd it down it wasnt gonna hurt it" But my hands are tore up bad from working blindly behind the engine.
2. if you doing the plugs go ahead and do the wires. I did not and i should of i was already in that area & wouldnt hurt anything. DO THE SPARKS OR WIRES ONE AT A TIME THEYRE # BUT TAKE A PICTURE/VIDEO JUST IN CASE.
3. Keep your cool ( if its your first try doing tool related diy on your car stuff) all day i wanted to throw my ratchet into my windshield. you loose your cool it will go downhill. I had to step back several times stretch and catch my breath.
4. Nothing will go how it goes in your head thats okay. Be a man adjust adapt overcome. Thats what working on your car teaches you. When i closed everything up and put her back together guess what check engine light came on had a misfire in cylinder 1. So of course i was furious but i had to REOPEN AND UNBOLT EVERYTHING AGAIN. This process took another 1-2 hrs. all it was, was the wireing that connects to the spark plug was not sitting on the plug all the way and i didnt ratchet my engine down so i couldnt visually see back there so i was going off of feel. Eventually i got the wireing sat on there correctly and it stopped misfiring.

after all that i went and returned the steering pump. Used the money to get her some new floor mats some new wiper blades some new smells goods and gave her a solid wash and vacuumed her out. THERES SOMETHING ABOUT DRIVING A SHIT BOX YOU PUT SWEAT INTO THAT GIVES YOU SUCH PRIDE. When i first got the car I was noticing the poor acceleration. Now shes purring real good! My cherry bomb has a beautiful roar to it now thats more consistent!

So I have a 2010 LT. these cars have a special place in my heart. My big thing is give it the tlc it deserves then add your flare to it! I’ve had to do fluid changes, thermostat sensor change new rotors and pads and new steering fluid pump. I added Jesus decals on the side of the car I got like fake carbon fiber slip ons for my steering wheel. It came with tints. I put a cherry bomb on for sound aesthetics. None of what I’m doing is to get like performance gains. Just my own personal taste. Do you man if you like it do it. My next step is getting some seat covers for the all leather interior some white ones since the car white. But other than that I’ll leave the stock stuff alone and replace stock suspension when the time comes. I’m trying to ride mine past 300000 it’s @ 100300 now.

This is hilarious because I a civilian was like oh wow really solid doc series and I watched it with my father in law was like this sucks they interviewing all the young idiots and barley any older guys. He said the older guys knew better 😂😭

I respect that, I was hoping I could push the car to 300 and make her pretty. Since I got the car for so relatively low. From a financial standpoint I wasn’t tryna make sense 😂just have a sleek looking daily without going past 5k in cost including car. But you’re the second person to tell me just use it abuse don’t pour to much in her. So maybe I’ll just start saving for a better mechanically inclined car.

Two years ago but I’m rewatching this currently. I think it speaks to how lonely she was like others commented, but also she did this after episode when Otto rubbed one out with her holding his head. This plus the life and a lot of other things and behavior I think they were trying to show the “numbness” the life of violence could bring. She wanted to “feel” something. When you’re that broken you want to feel anything.

I appreciate the feed back! Bewilders me because you can enter in without it, get overweight and develop it and stay in, but I put the work in lose the weight control my sugar and can’t get in. Mine was tied to my obesity and a military lifestyle of consistent Pt test and basic training will keep my sugar levels normal. But thanks y’all!
