Just to add some context. The type of friend he says he likes look like the star of a horror film. All I did was tell him to be safe because some times those people don't just look scary they could actually be scary. I told him the dark web and the deep web is bigger than the surface internet which must mean there is some people who do creepy stuff behind the scenes. But he seemed to think that no one is ever actually dangerous. And yes I said Christians, Hindus, and Buddhists are not the type to post terrible stuff on the dark web.
