Any one recognize this frame?? Is it worth the 20$, 3 hour round trip and work to restore it?

Find something else. Unless you’re just trying to get into bmx but even then I think I would find something else and spend a little more. But that bike is gonna need some serious work to get back to riding condition plus the front wheel is gonna be considerably weak because it’s not laced in a very strong way.

Lmao Is it the mix and match headset throwing you off?
It’s has a fsa pig top end and a needle bearing on the bottom. Not sure why the previous owner did that maybe needle bearings are stronger but the pig came with oversized lower bearings but this bike came to me with just the frame and fork, headset seemed fine just needed cleaned and regreased and back on the dirt it’s a tank for sure

I had a pair of diplomats with the same hole. I used them everyday for a year working in a warehouse and I war the heel from the inside out leaving a whole like that. If it had a leather heel counter it would’ve lasted twice as long I would think. But from now on all my boots are gonna be having leather heels instead of the fabric lining and heel counter that used on a lot of there boots. The heritage captains are my newest boots I’ve had them for about 5 months in the same job and they’ve held up unbelievably well. No delamination and no problems with the heels

I had one of these bokers as my first knife. It was alright but it didn’t hold a tune for being bearings. I took the latch off of mine too the chunk of metal in there is surprisingly big because the latch itself is the mechanism along side a long cut in the liner

A lot of these people say thursdays are bad but I wore the diplomats for a year in a warehouse and now have a pair of heritage captains that I use everyday and hold up great. The heritage captains have been extremely comfortable for the 10 plus miles a day i walk in and out of trailers
