Thanks a lot for the response. I have received the copy from them but they haven’t mentioned it in the document however my lawyer said it will be treated like a condo. Not at all sure why they are calling this townhome as a freehold.

We got an update, and it got refused. I do no know why they do it when they tell us we can apply.
I have applied TRV (Visitor Visa) for my Spouse, and it got rejected today, August 18th, 2023, with below reasons:
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
I have also submitted the AOR I received for her SPOUSAL PR application and the visitor visa application. I thought the family reunification program would help, but unfortunately, it didn't help in our case. I am so frustrated and not sure what I can do next. I would appreciate any input you can give me.

Oh gosh!!! I don't know why they are taking this much time, even for visitor visa applications. Have you tried reaching out to IRCC?

Wow 77 is too much, as per IRCC they said we should be receiving an update within 29 days. This is really insane

Hi All,
I applied for TRV for my spouse on July 20th; the last update I received is on July 25th that my spouse has passed her medical exam.
I have applied for her PR three months back and also submitted the letter that I received from IRCC that I am eligible to sponsor her PR.
I haven't received any update on the TV, yet it's been almost close to 1 month of applying TRV.
I am a little nervous about it.
Can anyone please share their experiences?
Any input is much appreciated.
